1.Please use a strong password with a combination of Alphabetical, Numerical and other characters with a minimum length of 8 characters.
2. Use the preference panel in your web mail interface to change your password at least once in 2 months.
3. Do not respond to any e-mail or other request asking your username and password.
4. Your support is essential to prevent the university web mail system being blacklisted by other e-mail servers.
